One day in Copenhagen and the challenging question how to find a nice meal when so many of the restaurants will only open when I am back at the airport. Bastards was the solution to this conundrum today
Situated close to the Tivoli and the city hall, it is a small, centrally located restaurant with an industrial interior design. Very welcoming on a cold and wet day like today.
The lunch menu was extremely affordable, and I am tempted to come back to try the larger choice in the evening the next time.
As a starter, I went for the soup of jerusalem artichoke with brown butter. Usually artichokes are not my favourite, but this was a very nice starter
